OUR REFUND POLICY

Since our templates are non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding prior to purchasing any products from our site. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. No one shall post unlawful or defamatory information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

When CREtemplates becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, CREtemplates will initiate an investigation. During this time, CREtemplates may restrict Customer 's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, CREtemplates may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offence, CREtemplates will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation. CREtemplates does not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CREtemplates, including all employees and associates, from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal accounting fees, alleged to result from your use of the site, CREtemplates services or your violation of this Agreement. Our company reserves the right to change or modify this Policy with no prior notice.
